Noodle cakes

1 bunch of egg noodles, simmered until tender
½ onion finely diced
1 half carrot, grated
spring onion, chopped
Ham (optional), diced
3 tbs grated cheese
1 tbs chopped parsley
2-3 eggs
Salt
2 tbs flour
2 tbs sugar

In a large bowl put the cooked, cooled egg noodles. Then add the other ingredients. If your child loves broccoli or peas adjust the recipe accordingly. The mix should be able to hold its shape when moulded. Place balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until nice and golden.
